At The Kiddospote, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care items

  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
